Elizabeth’s practice includes both trial and appellate matters. She has assisted clients in all phases of litigation in both state and federal court, gaining experience in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, oil and gas, maritime, and personal injury. While serving as a law clerk at the First Court of Appeals of Texas, she analyzed procedural and substantive issues and assisted the judges in drafting opinions concerning a variety of complex civil appeals.
